My order still says "In Production"

When your order is received it is automatically places as "In Production" status in our system. We print orders immediately and place them in chronological order for molding/formation. It then goes on to be cut, drilled, edge finished, cleaned, hardware installed, and test fit.
During this entire process your order will remain as "In Production" in our system.
Once your order goes to our shipping department your order will be packaged and shipped. Once shipped the status will then update to "shipped" and you will receive a tracking number via email.
