Unfortunately we receive this email far too often (thanks to USPS). However, 10 time out of 10 the order make it to it's destination or back to us. Yes, 10 times out of 10.
Please patiently sit back and wait for the post office to figure out what they are doing.
If the package shows as delivered but the package never showed up, please contact your neighbors and local post office - they will have more information about this issue than we do.
If we receive a package back at our facility, we will contact you to figure out what may be wrong with the address and why it did not make it.
