Many times this is simply a misunderstanding.
Please check your order to double check if you ordered an inside waistband (IWB) or outside waistband (OWB) holster:
IWB holsters are not designed to be used for OWB carry. IWB meaning it goes between your pants and your body.
If you still believe you have received the wrong orientation holster, please take a photo and email [email protected] for more help.
